Hi OFC, I developed a form for collect mobile for social survey. it is ok to enter data in mobile and also submits in my collect server. there is no any error in mobile entry. When I try to enter the data through desktop it allows only for 1st record and when I try to add second record it throws TypeError: Error #1009 error and also after submitting from mobile it submits successfully. After it, when I try to view the data from desktop same error occurs. I have windows 10 and latest version of collect desktop. I also restarted my computer and collect server. This did not work. here is the error file link. https://drive.google.com/open?id=17AhmOdVq6Zkgs0AWX9zx-cDuoxc5gTb2 Thanks for advance. Rajkumar.
