Collect does not opens in browser

Hi all, Collect desktop was smoothly running in my computer. An unknown reason made my file explores not working while collect was working perfectly. Due to not working reason of explorer I decided to delete the account and created new account with admin right. here I could not find my collect launcher. so decided to uninstall collect and install again from newly created user with admin right. collect was installed successfully and server is running. but when I see in the browser it just show this picture probably trying to establish alt text the connection. what should I do to overcome from this problem. collect version is 3.20.11. Thank you very much.

Dear Rajkumar,
Please update Collect to the latest version (3.21.13).
With the new version you should be able to run Collect even if you installed it using a different user (with versions older than 3.21.13 you had to copy the folder "OpenForis\Collect" that is inside the user folder of the user that installed Collect the first time, e.g. c:\Users\MYUSERNAME\OpenForis\Collect).
