Collect not updating because port is occupied

Dear Open Foris Team,

I am encountering a problem when I close Collect and I try to update it, because the port remains occupied by Collect even after turning off the software.

This is a known issue, please be patient.
Please try to wait for a couple of minutes after you shutdown Collect and update it again.
