Collect: disappeared surveys

Hi OF team

I tried to add entity from 'add node from another survey' after that was error and all survey disappeared. When I tried to create a new survey, that new one also disappeared.However, I found that these surveys are not deleted. Please tell me, how to get back me surveys :)

Hi Beka,
Probably something got wrong and the survey you were working on is corrupted.
We will contact you to you private email so you can share with us your database and we will fix it.

We encoentered some problems with the function "add node from another survey" and so we will remove it from the next version of Collect until we solve them.
