Error when starting Collect in Windows 8.1 64 bits

Question

Hi, when i start Collect Openforis, which takes quite some time, i´ve got this following error:

HTTP ERROR 503 Problem accessing /collect/. Reason:

Service Unavailable

Powered by Jetty:// 9.4.14.v20181114

by now it has been quite discouraging... any help?

Dear Jesus,
Apparently the problem was related to the fact that maybe you shut down Collect while it was starting up, and the database file got locked.
Please be careful and wait until the Control Panel says "Running!" or it gives an error before closing it. In the next release we will try to prevent the user from doing it.
