Upon opening and uploading a geoJSON to the Whisp app, either an API key error message or blank page with a "rate exceeded" message appears. Also unable to load files directly into Earthmap. All users in my organisation affected. What are the solutions, please, or is this a tech fix needed?
Autofill location data on Collect for Windows
Hello, the tablets we want to use for mobile data collection run on windows which is why we are using the desktop version of Collect. IOs it possible to use the device's internal GPS to automatically fill in the current location into the form or does that only work for the mobile app version? Thanks...

Collect Earth - unreadable blank window pops up after launch
Hi there, I'm having an issue with the Collect Earth 1.10.13 on windows. It installs without any problem, but when I launch the program, I get blank unreadable windows, like this : What could I do to fix that? Cheers, Thalès
chrome and firefox keep closing or not opening
Hi, I am using a modified Africa Deal 2019 survey where I've added additional questions. When I click on the plots, none of the browsers (Chrome or Firefox) are opening. I have tried with the path to the executable file and same result. I don't know what the problem is. Thanks for your help
Error when starting Collect in Windows 8.1 64 bits
