Unable to log in in Collect after installing it on a new computer

0	Hi, I cannot log in on my Collect with all my surveys... Someone had a similar problem in 2018 but it was solved offline so I am not sure what I am supposed to do. Thanks for the help OF team! Florence collect asked 26 Jul '19, 12:48 flandsberg 101●2●29●79 accept rate: 0%

Dear Florence,
All the data used by Collect is stored in your computer, in the folder C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\OpenForis\Collect\data
If you want to use Collect in a new computer and preserve the old data, please shutdown Collect, copy all that folder into your new computer under the same path, startup Collect again.
