Error message because of Sampling Point Data level_1?

Hi all

My Survey contains Sampling Point Data. The codes of the first column (level_1) contain letters and numbers (eg. A09). When I try out the Survey in the Preview Mode I get the following error message:
"For input string: "A09""
"faultCode="java.lang.NumberFormatException"
Also Collect Mobile crashes.
Occurs this error message because of the Codes?
