Hi Mtexeira,

If you would like to use a GEE table asset as an AOI when creating a mosaic or downloading a time series, you first need to upload your shapefile through Google Earth Engine. The GEE user guide has instructions for uploading a shapefile here: https://developers.google.com/earth-engine/importing. After uploading the asset you can use the asset ID to specify your AOI in SEPAL.

If you would like to use your shapefile for other uses in SEPAL beyond creating a mosaic or downloading time series, you can also directly upload your shapefile into SEPAL through a few different optionsdescribed in this question and answer.

Hope that helps!
