Sorry for the long delay. We have been discussing amongst ourselves the best way to cite the software. For the moment the below will work as a citation:

@misc{SEPAL 2020, author = {FAO}, title = {SEPAL}, year = {2020}, publisher = {GitHub}, journal = {GitHub repository}, howpublished = {\url{https://github.com/openforis/sepal}}, commit = {074f4c2913c02b43d2bbe908a0b751e2b4dd0052} }

We are ultimately working towards having a DOI, etc.
