CHARSET_UTF_8 error when exporting new survey

0	HI, I am using collect version 3.26 to create a new survey with survey designer. All goes well until export when it returns an error Exporting survey FAILED CHARSET_UTF_8 Any idea how to solve this? collect asked 16 Jun '20, 17:12 ciskoh 15●2●6 accept rate: 0%
