Error in Collect generating zip file (when exporting to CE)

0	Hello, I am able to save the survey in Collect but when I export it to Collect Earth, I get an error message about the generation of the zip file. Any recommendation? Thanks, Florence collect asked 22 Jun '20, 19:41 flandsberg 101●2●32●80 accept rate: 0%
