Error in Collect generating zip file (when exporting to CE)

Hello,

I am able to save the survey in Collect but when I export it to Collect Earth, I get an error message about the generation of the zip file.

Any recommendation?

Dear Florence,
This problem has been already solved with the latest version of Collect.
Can you please updated it to the latest version (3.26.12)?
