Arena dashboard Error 500

Dear OFT,

This issue occurred after I was invited to join an Open Foris Arena survey as Survey administrator by a co-worker. After following instruction on email and registering my account, I encountered the following issue upon logging in to Arena.

The dashboard refuses to load up or allow me to do any other actions, including closing the red textbox "Error 500" on the right hand side of the dashboard. Same issue encountered using any other browser or trying to login again.

Would be grateful to know how I can fix the issue.
