Dear OF Arena, I have again an issue that happened in the past (see https://openforis.support/questions/3795/of-arena-mobile-images-are-uploaded-to-the-cloud-but-cannot-be-opened#gsc.tab=0). The uploading of images from Arena Mobile to the could survey worked normally for the last few weeks, but since late last week, after uploading the image to server (which works), I cannot open those images from the server. When I open the image, I get a white window saying "internal server error". If I try to export my survey data 'with files' it returns an error message. Thank you for your help, Bruno |
Dear all, I discovered the same problem with Arena Mobile: the image seem uploaded: no errors, recorded as being uploaded, BUT not accessible: error! In the AM Experiments: so far so good: images uploaded and accessible. |

Note that I also have noticed a problem related to the file extensions ".jpg" vs. ".jpeg"; maybe this is a related issue? |
