Dear OF Arena, I have again an issue that happened in the past (see https://openforis.support/questions/3795/of-arena-mobile-images-are-uploaded-to-the-cloud-but-cannot-be-opened#gsc.tab=0). The uploading of images from Arena Mobile to the could survey worked normally for the last few weeks, but since late last week, after uploading the image to server (which works), I cannot open those images from the server. When I open the image, I get a white window saying "internal server error". If I try to export my survey data 'with files' it returns an error message. Thank you for your help, Bruno

Dear all, I discovered the same problem with Arena Mobile: the image seem uploaded: no errors, recorded as being uploaded, BUT not accessible: error! In the AM Experiments: so far so good: images uploaded and accessible.

Dear OF team, Thank you for your quick reply. Yes I could see the images normally in my mobile, although I have deleted that particular data after having uploaded it to the server. Please keep me posted on this issue. Best wishes

Note that I also have noticed a problem related to the file extensions ".jpg" vs. ".jpeg"; maybe this is a related issue?

Dear Open Foris team, I have again the same issue with images collected normally using AM, and uploaded normally to the cloud, but then not visible on the cloud ("internal server error"). My survey is "ecoresto". I have been using mostly AM experiment and had no issue. I also used AM after the last exchanges above, and it was working fine also. But now, I was collecting data again with AM and it is not working anymore. Even more strange: I collected data one day and had no issue (see my event_id "20240302-1310-NursMonitor"), and the exact same data using the exact same AM a few days later and now it did not work (see my event_id "20240307-1756-Pot"). Any idea what is causing those recurrent problems? Is it something on my side, or is it on Arena side, or AM side? Best wishes, Bruno

Dear Bruno,
We will contact you to your private email address to better understand this issue.
What version of AM are you using? Is it the latest version of it? Can you also check what are the selected options under "Settings/Images Quality and Size"?
Many thanks,
Open Foris Team
