Validations do not execute on Android Arena Mobile

I am testing a survey on two different devices: an Android tablet and an Apple iPhone. The apps were updated on each device this morning, and they have the same version of my survey loaded. The validation rules are not executed on the Android version, while the validations work as expected on the iPhone.

App/Software Versions:

Android: Arena Mobile 1.0.45.168(168)

Android 10 version T830XXU5CVG2

iPhone:

Arena Mobile 1.0.42.1(1)

iOS 16.3.1 (20D67)
