My crew has not been able to upload records to the server from Android or Apple devices. When we send local data, there is a red loading bar that is a fraction loaded, with a message that says "Sending Successful!" However, the records haven't been uploaded. The screen on the survey builder website online simultaneously gives an error stating "Unexpected error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'uuid')" I've checked that the app is most current. Any other suggestions as to how I can remedy this? |
