Hi all In arena, any text in the survey that I type in persian, when i export the data (www.openforis-arena.org) it changes to meaningless characters (like this: علی جانباز). It is the case for labels as well. I set the language in survey info as Persian. Any idea how to resuve this?
Type is TEXT ABC.

Menawhile, please try to verify the character encoding used to read the CSV file generated by Arena (it must be UTF-8); it could happen that you are reading the file with a different type of encoding.
We suggest you to use tools like Libre Office Calc to work with CSV files, especially when they are quite big.

Please try to open the exported file with NotePad++, to ensure that you see UTF-8 characters correctly.
