Sync Error on Arena Mobile 2 using iPhone

Hi,

When trying to sync the records list for a survey using Arena Mobile 2 on an iPhone, I received the following error. I couldn't access any data from the cloud for the survey, only view local records. The same error appeared when I used AME last week and tried to upload data to the cloud. Strangely, I can upload data without a problem now, but cannot download data.

Check connection settings.

Details: Error: Calling the 'runAsync' function has faild --> Caused by: undefined reason

I was for sure logged in and connected to the could (I've just updated the survey).
