Hi devs,

CEO is down since last night, it was not even logging in this morning, but the remaining issue now is we cannot collect data. The geodash with imagery does not appear, also the same with the project dashboard (returns error 'Error retrieving the project info'). Looking forward to a solution to this. Thanks very much for your work.

Project for testing if you need (but this issue happens in all) : https://app.collect.earth/collection?projectId=51920

Cheers

Ricardo

Hi Ricardo,

I'm sorry it's still not working. The only thing I can suggest right now is to try clearing the cache to make sure that's not making the issues persist while our development team continues looking into it.

Thank you,

Shanna

You may also already be aware, but the Planet NICFI program ended, and so that imagery is no longer available. Here is a blog post with more information: https://www.collect.earth/planet-imagery-via-nicfi-is-no-longer-available-on-ceo/
