A warm greeting There has been a problem when trying to install Collect in the server "virtual linux redhat 6.5". When installing Collect (as Super User) a window pops up with the following message: [root@openforis raherrera]# ./collect-installer-3.8.27-Linux.run [root@openforis raherrera]# With that message, the installation process looks like pauzed and it doesn't continue What could be the problem then? Thanks for the attention and for your valuable help Julian M. asked 21 Jan '16, 14:05 julianmurill... |

Hello Open Foris Team, We have tried the aforementioned recommendations but the problem still remains. These are the characteristics of the system (probably useful for you to know): Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.x x64, Memory 4GB, 2 Cores and a drive of 50GB. Hi, I tried opening this link but it gives an 404 error. Can I find this file somewhere else? I too have the same problem as stated by Julian M. Sushil. answered 14 Sep '16, 18:26 sushil74432 |

Hi Stefano, This linked worked perfectly fine. Thank you. However while running the startup-linux.sh from terminal, it showed some error in line 9 which is the line after the last line of script. However, I did start tomcat from startup.sh inside bin folder of tomcat. Thank you for your assistance. Sushil answered 15 Sep '16, 20:10 sushil74432 |

Dear all, I installed Collect on Linux 32-bits last week, no problem I am trying to install it on my work computer, 64-bits Linux and it doesn't work. Installation apparently goes fine and shortcuts are created on desktop, but they do not launch the server. Any idea why that could be ? Thanks answered 15 Mar '17, 12:52 lecrabe ♦ |
