Hello OF team, I'm experiencing what I assume is a bug in arena. In one of my surveys, the photo preview is unavailable. When I try to delete/re-upload the photo, the survey crashes and gives the error "error communicating with the server". "Query result error: no data was returned from the query". I then have to re-load the page and click back into the survey in question. Any troubleshooting ideas? Thanks! |
