I would like to write a scientif article on forest inventories and I need to cite correclty Open Foris. Can you help me? Thank you in advance.

You can just cite us as the "Open Foris Initiative of the FAO" and add a link to our website if you can! Also, send us the article (openforisinitiative at gmail dot com) when it is ready so that we can take a look at it, it would be interesting for us.
