linux ubuntu configuration

0	Hi all? I have just installed OpenForis and CE on my linux Ubuntu 14.04LTS however, collect earth is not running neither. Kindly help. openforis asked 17 Aug '16, 12:04 joehene 9●1●2 accept rate: 0%

Hello Joehene,

Do you have Google Earth ( or Google Earth Pro) installed in your computer?

Do you get any error messages from Collect Earth?

Is there a log file in the folder ~/CollectEarth called earth_error.log ? In that case post the text here so we can take a look!

Is Collect Earth installed properly? Are there any contents on the ~/CollectEarth folder?

Do you have the Collect Earth launcher file? Is it set to be an executable file???

Can you please give some more detailed information?
