Hi Rajkumar,
From version 3.12 of Collect there will be a "view" user role that can be used for this purpose.
Be patient please, many thanks,

Hi Rajkumar, see also question "user account option "guest" or "view" for data viewing (sharing) only!". This is now done through user- role "View" restricting to see only "Data management" for data viewing and "Saiku (Beta) for data analysis (locking the original data aginst editing). Maybe you have further suggestions? J.

Thank you very Much OF team. I got "view" role in Version 3.11.5. It is very useful for me and others too. As I understand, we should define view role for specified user or open username and open password available publicly. But it would be handy when Public view the data without entering user name and password. Any way, This is the great development. Thanks for the great solution.
