Can not be seen written text in text box ?

I prepared a form and used it in different computer using collect 3.12.2. Most of computer ran correctly. But on computer when opening form from data management menu. The label part appears. Tex box area seem OK. But when we try to write in text box it seems it is being written like with white ink in white board. when exporting the sample data and view in excel it is fine. what is being with it. Is my java version in incorrect or what ?

Hi Rajkumar,
This seems more a problem with the Flash Player (the plugin used to generate the user interface) that a problem with the Java Virtual Machine. What browser is used by that computer? Have you tried to use Google Chrome? Chrome uses its embedded version of the Flash Player abd it's always up to date.
