Collect

Hello;

I getting this error message when I was trying to install open force collect on my mac computer (with macOS Sierra): I used the latest version of open foris collect present today (March 20,2017) on website

The error message:

Problem running post-install step.Installation may not complete correctly. Problem creating laucher in /USer/peterngimbwa/OpenForis/Collect

Your help is much appreciated.

Hi Peter,
Please be patient, the installer for MacOS is not ready. It requires some more testing still.
We will let you know when it will be available (hopefully in a couple of days).

Hi Peter,
The new installer has been released. Please test it and let us know. Also please have a look to the updated installation instructions on our website (there is a new Control Panel that will help you to startup and shutdown Collect).
