I am trying to implement BRDF correction for Sentinel 2 data and Landsat 8 data using Open Foris Geospatial toolkit and for that as mentioned in the weblink - "http://www.openforis.org/OFwiki/index.php/Image_harmonization_(BRDF_correction)", MODIS BRDF- Adjusted Reflectance (MCD43A4) is downloaded which have total of 7 multispectral bands and 7 quality bands for the same. As specified in weblink these 7 bands have to be used to perform BRDF operation and for that is it necessary to remove the quality bands and restore the 7 bands only in HDF format or is it possible to use the image file as provided?

I would also like to know that, how to create a new file in HDF format containing several multispectral bands since the module takes only HDF files as input.
