One-phase sampling option in Calc

Hi, this is related to question "Aggregation levels on calc". I have simple design; one-phase sampling. I need to connect "Areas of interest table" and "Sampling unit table", like is said in "Open Foris Calc" manual on page 17. If I skip options "2-phase" and "Stratified" in settings, I can't introduce or import "Sampling unit table" into Calc?
