Can't download plot data

Hi, I'm a new user of Collect Earth. I created a new project and did the analysis, but I can't download plot data. It returns a error

404 - Not Found

I read something about a patch....

I hope you can help me

Hi, thanks for using the system! We are currently working to update the backend database to handle more complex survey designs and suspended the download plot functionality until we have created a solution to export the complex data structure.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will update you when we resolve the issue.
