Open Foris Collect: Attribute list not complete?

Dear Adish,
So the problem was related to the fact that your survey has been created starting from a Collect Earth template.
There is no way in Collect now to convert a survey into a Collect Desktop format, so please consider starting from scratch and create a new survey using a Blank template, or contact us again if you need to transform that survey.
