Error when importing Collect Mobile data

Hi, I have created a Survey using Open Foris Collect and imported it into the Collect Mobile. After filling up the survey, I backed it up and then exported it to internal storage, after which I tried to upload it to the Foris Collect and was given an error message: "zip file is empty". I have followed the manual for both the Foris Collect and Mobile, and most of the attribute types are used in the survey, so I am not sure what seems to be the problem. help is much appreciated!

Can you check if the file you have exported from Collect Mobile is really empty or not?
