Collect file rolling both in desktop and mobile

I have designed a survey form and export as collect-mobile. Though the survey imported in mobile, it is rolling and rolling, not appear the survey form. I tried to input data in offline desktop, I couldn't get form. I tried to preview the final survey form, it shows loading ... for one more hours. Please suggest me, what I do now.

Dear Hanif,
Your issue was due to the use of a default value in a text attribute with an expression like this: idm:currentTime()
That expression can be used only in Time attributes.
