launcher not opening app Mac

Question

when the launcher is clicked, it begins loading then disappears. How can I fix this and launch the app?

Dear user,
Can you please try to run the launcher from command line and try to see if you have any errors there?
The command should be something like this:

cd ~/OpenForis/Collect  
open ./OpenForisCollect-launcher.app
