Import *.cep file into Collect Earth Online

Dear Colleagues,

I have a detailed survey that has, in the past, been used for collecting land cover change data in Collect Earth. I would like to replicate the data collection process using Collect Earth Online. Is it possible to import a *.cep file directly into CEO?
