Dear user,
When does this error occur? Does it occur when you try to import data in Collect format (.collect-data) from Data Management?
Probably the size of the record you are trying to restore is too big... We will try to solve this issue with version 4.0.38 of Collect, meanwhile we will contact you to your private email so you can share with us your survey and the data your are trying to restore.
Many thanks,
Open Foris Team
