CEO - Error creating project - help

Hi, whenever i try to create a project it gives me the error below, saying internal server error during project creation request. We had this kind of issue in the past and reported it here, and somehow it got solved. Now it is the same kind of problem again.

Note: we attempted to use an old shapefile of samples that had already being collected to test if the system worked, and it did not work as well. Thus, it should not be a problem with the shapefile.

Hey @ricds and @vincent_haller,

I can't replicate the issue. Could you please try again, and if you still have the issue can you please let me know?

Thanks! Karen

I am still having the issue. I am running the CEO tool from Chrome, and using the following additional imagery: CEO: Sentinel 2 CEO: Planet NICFI Public 2023 Sentinel-2 Composite 2020 Sentinel-2 Composite CEO: Open Street Map

Would appreciate further support! Happy to schedule a support meeting if possible! My email is vincent.haller@wildlifeworks.com
