We have a project where plots have multiple users assigned to each. We run multiple rounds of reviews that will allow the users to review any disagreements and change their answers after discussion. However, once we have downloaded the sample data after these rounds of reviews, some samples have their updated answers while others do not. Some of the reviewed samples show that their collection date as old as 3 weeks ago even though we have confirmation from the contributors that they have updated their answers a day or two before. Is this a known issue and what solutions can we implement? |
