Hello OF team, I'm writing because I've detected some bugs in Arena. PHOTO PREVIEW
For the past few days, the photo preview hasn't been working (I've tested it in different surveys).
EXPORTING EXPLORER QUERIES When you create a query in Explorer and try to export it to CSV or XLSX, the following screen appears.
USER MANAGEMENT
For the past few days, when trying to manage existing users, "ERROR 500" appears.
And a suggestion for improvement: Last week we discovered an error when uploading photos to some surveys, but we only realized it afterward (and in fact, we "lost" the information since we had already deleted the surveys from Arena Mobile). We believe Arena Mobile should check that all files are in Arena and display an error message if they aren't.
