Currently the imagery dropdown menu in a project appears to be ordered based on the sequence in which an institution's imagery assets were added to the platform. For projects with many imagery sources, this makes it difficult for users to quickly locate and switch between layers.

It would be very helpful to have an option to sort the imagery list alphabetically (or otherwise define a custom order). Alphabetical sorting, in particular, would allow project creators to use consistent naming conventions to group and organize imagery in a logical and predictable way. This would significantly improve usability for projects that rely on large sets of institutional or custom imagery layers.
