error when sending data from Arena Mobile to Arena

Hello,

after collecting some data in the field I am trying to upload them from Arena Mobile, by using the 'send data' button, but I keep getting this error message: "Error exporting data. Details: Unexpected error: AxiosError: NetworkError"

Does anyone know how to solve this?
