I am testing data collection using Arena Mobile on iOS but I am having trouble sending data to the cloud. I have tried sending data on an iPhone and an iPad but in both instances the status gets stuck at Running. I do not see any error message and the process only cancels out when I touch the screen. My colleague has tested data collection on an Android device and he was able to send the data to the cloud and I am able to access his data on the web. I would appreciate your assistance before we look at deploying the surveys. |
