taxonomy upload failure

In OpenForis Arena, I am struggling to upload my Taxonomy dataset. I am concerned it is because of the length of the document (1120 rows) however, I have uploaded a >800 row one in the past, successfully or because of the column names: code, family, genus, species, scientific_name, scientific_name_alt, eng_common_name, lifeform, status. So far it has not progressed two times, one time waiting > 1 hour. Any suggestions on how to get it to successfully upload? Thank you!

Taxonomy upload supports large files, so the problem could be related to the species list you are trying to upload. We will contact you to your private email address to better understand this issue.

Dear user,
The problem was related to the presence of taxa for unknown and unlisted items, that are not necessary, since Arena will in any case add those items.
Anyway, Arena supports now the import of such taxonomy lists (it will ignore the unknown and unlisted items, if any, and it will create its own ones).
