photo upload failure

In the Arena Mobile app, I have 4 photos that are a requirement to complete my survey. I am able to open the camera or connect the app to my photos on my device, but none of the photos will upload or complete the requirement. No error is popping up, so I'm not sure why it would be failing. Thanks for any suggestions on how to resolve!
