Dear Open Foris Arena team, Considering the space limit for Arena surveys, but also the fact that some users will anyway want to use Arena as a way to share data + associated images but not to store those images long term, would it be possible to add an function (maybe in the menu "DATA" / "MANAGE IMAGE FILES") that allows a given user or survey manager to remove / delete / archive all image files from a given survey? In my case, I have a survey in which I collect species and ecosystem occurrences in the field. I then 'Export the data to csv + files' and I store the image files downloaded on a server which I use to create shiny apps with direct links to the image files and thumbnails. Therefore, once I have recovered the image files from Arena and saved them on my server, I do not need them in Arena anymore, and therefore (1) to reduce memory space of my survey on Arena and (2) to download faster newly uploaded data and their images (without having to download older images too), I would simply prefer to delete those images from Arena once I have a copy of them locally. I am not sure if the image file data should also be deleted or maybe best if those are kept? Anyway, this is just a suggestion. The main motivation is to manage space on my Arena survey. Best wishes, Bruno
