Files: images not shown as thumbnail?!

Dear OF-Arena, 1) scrolling through my records/data I observed that several included images/maps created an error while hovering over it to see the thumbnail: think this concerns especially .png files!

2) It would be handy to allow (added) files (a.o. images) as visible columns in the Data/Records window: handy for checking availability and maybe also to load of Mb's included...

3) Difficult to find something about this in the Help/Manual, as i cannot find a Search possibilty in it

Thanks and greetings, Jos

Dear Jos,
Someone from our team will contact you to better understand this issue with your files.
We don't have a feature to manage all the images in the each record in one place, but we will have it soon. Meanwhile, you can try to export the data to Excel or CSV, including files, and check the images in the generated ZIP file.
Many thanks,

Dear Jos,
The issue you are experiencing is likely because the uploaded file is a PDF rather than an image file.
If you need to upload non-image files, please select the "Other" file type in the file attribute editor.
Please note that we will soon be updating the system to prevent non-image files from being uploaded when the attribute type is set to "Image."
Thank you,
