I'm getting this error upon import of the '.data' file to Collect. Any advice appreciated. Thanks

What version of Collectn are you using? Can you give me some more details on the error? (just click on the small red icon in the list of entries with errors).

The error message says there is an Undefined node. I'm not sure of the collect version but it was only downloaded in the last month.

Hi Liam,
You can check the version of Collect by looking at the number at the bottom left corner of the application.
From what you are saying it seems that the structure of the survey has been changed with some not-allowed way, so now you are getting this error. Please send me the data in a private email if you can, together with a copy of the survey exported from the Survey Designer selecting "Collect Desktop" as format, I will verify what the problem can be.
