Collect mobile app doesn't work in my Moto G3 cellphone. The same survey works fine in a different android device that I tried. I have sent crash reports and feed backs repeatedly from my device but the problem still persists. I have tried reinstalling the app but it did not help either. Please help. |

Moto Z Droid, Moto G3, Moto G4 and Huawei MediaPad are devices where I've seen reports of this problem. Since I don't have access to these devices, it's difficult for me to fix this issue. I will try to get my hands on of of these, and see what's happening. Regards, Daniel |
