Good afternoon, I just recently imported a collect earth project in google earth. Whenever I go over a test point to look at the survey pop-up menus it says "The Collect Earth server is not running!". I click "ok" and the pop-up menus appear but they are not from my survey even though google earth is connected to my survey "land_survey assessment2017". Also I observed that my collect earth says "No survey loaded" even though I loaded the survey. When I load other projects collect earth recognizes the survey like the default "namibiaassessmentv2" project but not my customized one. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you Sincerely, Josh.S |

Dear Josh. It sounds like there is an issue with the survey you are trying to load and Collect Earth is not able to import it properly. Another possible problem is that you are trying to use a sampling design (the CSV file that contains the information of the ID and location of the plots) that is not correct.
