Dear OF Community, maybe someone can help me with the error message above. I just updated R and now, when I am asking Calc to write the results of the calculations (work in R without problems) into the database, I receive this error during step 1 'R Script Processing chain'. I have two different surveys, but the same error occurs in both of them. Any ideas? Thank you! |

Dear Alex, make sure the R executable path is correct in the system page (It must ends with bin). Also, make sure the required libraries are installed in the R library path. Please let me know if this helps. Thanks Mino |

Thanks for the quick answer Mino, unfortunately, I couldn't solve the problem following your suggestions. Concerning the libraries, I assume this refers to the packages (RPostreSQL and sqldf), which I installed (and updated). The fact that I previously updated R to v.3.4 can't be the problem can it? Hi Alex, i haven't tested Calc with R 3.4, however it shouldn't be the problem. Can you send me the log files? Thanks, Mino |

Hi Mino, having installed the new R version in another folder other than c:\opt seems to have caused the issue. I believe, R should always be installed in the c:\opt folder! Thank you so much for your help! It is greatly appreciated! Alex |
