Collect Earth: problem with labels in CSV

Hi! Since I installed the new version of Collect Earth, there are some columns missing in the csv I download. There are only the columns of the codes and I need the labels. Is there a way I can choose to export the labels in the csv? Maybe the button of this option is not working.
